Dr. Yan Yen Loo, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, Canada.

Naturopathic medicine is the integration of modern scientific knowledge and alternative medicines. The nature of the training allows for naturopathic doctors to work together with conventional medical doctors, and bridge the gap to provide you with the best care.

This is an opportunity to determine whether working with Dr. Yan Yen Loo, ND would be a good fit. Your questions regarding naturopathic medicine or Dr. Loo's approach will be answered. If you would like to start working with Dr. Loo, please book an initial visit.

Initial Visit

75 Minutes

During your initial visit, I will carry out a thorough case intake. This involves asking questions regarding your symptoms, personal and family medical histories, and lifestyle. A copy of your latest medical test and blood work results may also be requested. You will leave with a treatment plan.

Follow-Up Visit

If lab tests were performed, we will review the results together. We will also re-assess your symptoms and treatment progress. Changes to your treatment plan will be made accordingly. 

During your subsequent follow-up visits, ongoing re-assessment of your symptoms and treatment progress will take place. We can also address any new health concerns. 

Acupuncture and/or cupping will be done during these sessions, if they are part of your treatment plan.

Acupuncture, cupping and moxibustion (moxa) are various Traditional Chinese Medicine tools used for bodywork treatment. This also includes electroacupuncture. They can be used individually or in combination.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, one's facial complexion is understood to be a manifestation of the health of our internal organs. We will use cosmetic acupuncture to work from the inside out, to help you with such things as reducing unwanted wrinkles and helping tone facial muscles.
